Keenious's ISO27001 Certification

An overview of how Keenious protects user data through ISO 27001 certified information security practices and ongoing independent audits.

Updated yesterday

Protecting the data our users trust us with is a fundamental part of how we build and operate Keenious.

This means information security is a high priority across the organisation. We follow a structured and documented approach to identifying, managing, and reducing security risks. Security considerations are included in our day to day operations, product development, and internal processes.

For more details about how we manage data security and privacy, see our Trust Center.

Guided by an international standard

Keenious is certified under ISO 27001. ISO 27001 is an internationally recognised standard for information security management. It defines requirements for establishing, implementing, maintaining, and continually improving an information security management system.

Certification confirms that our security practices meet the requirements of the standard and that these practices have been independently audited. Our audit was conducted in December 2025 by Johanson Group and supported by Thoropass.

What this means in practice

ISO 27001 certification means that:

• Information security risks are regularly assessed and managed
• Access to systems and data is restricted and monitored
• Policies and procedures are clearly defined and documented
• Security controls are reviewed and improved on an ongoing basis
• Independent auditors verify our compliance with the standard

Continuous improvement

ISO 27001 is not a one time achievement. It requires ongoing monitoring, regular internal reviews, and periodic external audits to ensure that security controls remain effective as we grow and develop!
