One of the main questions we receive when people use Keenious is whether we store or train on their documents. The short answer is: No. Keenious does not use user inputs, or outputs to train its models or the models of its providers, and Keenious does not keep a copy of your text or document.
However, to be fully transparent, we want to explain how we process and host your data.
Keenious processes and hosts prompts, messages, files, and AI responses within the European Union. Access to this data is retained for 1 day to improve performance, speed up subsequent searches and allow users to scroll back in their conversations. After this period Keenious no longer has access to the data and it is permanently deleted from the system.
